I was brought in by Gristwood & Toms to consult and help develop a recruitment campaign for the business. This culminated in the production of a series of videos for the clients website and social channels. My team and I took care of all aspects of the video production, re-designed the clients recruitment landing page, set up and optimised social channels and delivered a series of high quality stills for marketing use.

 

Main recruitment video

The main piece of flagship video content for use on YouTube and the client's website.
Featuring talking head interviews with staff interspersed with b-roll and drone footage.

Main recruitment video - Social Version

A cut-down version of the main video for use on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook). Reversioned with subtitles in a square format for those channels.

Social Showcases

A series of short videos for use on social platforms to drive traffic to the main video and client recruitment landing page on their website. The videos were released once a week over a month-long campaign along with stills.

We provided a series of 500 stills for the client covering all aspects of the business.


WEBSITE LANDING PAGE

We re-designed the clients recruitment landing page to create a branded and coherent online presence. All digital touch points (including social channels, job boards etc.) were re-designed to fit the look and feel of the videos. We aimed to ensure a frictionless experience for potential applicants.
